Job Overview

We are looking for a strategic and client-focused Senior Manager to lead and deliver complex business tax and regulatory advisory services to our esteemed clients in the Energy & Resources industry. This role demands a deep understanding of Nigerian tax legislation, international tax principles, and the specific nuances of the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage client engagements for business tax and regulatory advisory services.
  • Provide expert advice on tax planning, compliance, and risk management within the Energy & Resources sector.
  • Develop and nurture strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for further service.
  • Manage and mentor junior members of the tax team, fostering their professional development.
  • Stay abreast of evolving tax laws and regulatory changes impacting the industry.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related field.
  • Professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CTA, LLM Tax).
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in tax advisory, with a significant focus on corporate tax and the Energy & Resources sector.
  • Proven track record of managing complex client projects and teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of Nigerian tax laws and their application to the Energy & Resources industry.
