Job Overview

This position focuses on cultivating and amplifying the success stories of Rubrik’s CXO-level customers. You will be instrumental in developing and executing programs that showcase customer achievements, foster peer-to-peer engagement, and solidify Rubrik’s reputation as a transformative force in data security and management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive CXO customer advocacy strategies.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard key customer executives for advocacy programs.
  • Craft compelling customer success stories, case studies, and testimonials.
  • Facilitate executive-level engagement opportunities, including speaking engagements and advisory boards.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure consistent messaging and impact.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of advocacy initiatives.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer advocacy, customer marketing, or strategic account management, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology.
  • Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with C-suite executives.
  • Exceptional storytelling, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of technology trends and their business impact.
  • Experience in program management and cross-functional collaboration.
