Job Overview

The Senior HR Officer will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing HR strategies that align with Sage Grey Technologies’ mission and growth objectives. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong operational capabilities to manage all facets of human resources, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive HR policies and procedures.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs effectively.
  • Drive performance management initiatives and employee development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations in Nigeria.
  • Provide expert HR counsel to management and staff.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Proven experience in HR generalist functions, including talent management, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
