We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior HR Officer to join our Nigeria team, playing a pivotal role in our continued growth and operational excellence within the region.

Job Overview

The Senior HR Officer will be responsible for managing and executing comprehensive HR functions in Nigeria, ensuring alignment with BURN’s global strategy and local labour laws. This role is crucial for fostering a positive and productive work environment, supporting employee lifecycle management, and contributing to the overall success of BURN Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Administer employee benefits, payroll, and compensation structures.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations and disciplinary matters.
  • Oversee performance management and talent development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and generate relevant reports.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience in Nigeria.
  • Proven understanding of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or fast-paced environment is advantageous.
