Job Overview

The Senior Estate Surveyor & Valuer will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality valuation and surveying services to a diverse client base across the Abuja property market. This position demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of local market dynamics and a proven track record in delivering accurate and insightful property advice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting comprehensive valuations of a wide range of property types for various purposes, including investment, development, and financial reporting.
  • Providing expert advice on property acquisition, disposal, and portfolio management.
  • Preparing detailed reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Mentoring and guiding junior members of the surveying team.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends, legislation, and best practices.
  • Developing and nurturing client relationships to secure new business opportunities.

    • Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience as a Chartered Surveyor or equivalent.
  • Registered Valuer with relevant professional body.
  • Proven experience in commercial and residential property valuation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in relevant valuation software and MS Office Suite.
