Job Overview

As Maintenance Officer – Plumber, you will be responsible for ensuring all plumbing systems, fixtures, and water installations throughout the hotel operate efficiently. You will perform both preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize disruptions to guest services while maintaining compliance with safety and building codes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular preventive maintenance on all plumbing systems and fixtures
• Respond promptly to plumbing emergencies and maintenance requests
• Diagnose and repair water leaks, pipe damage, and fixture malfunctions
• Maintain detailed maintenance logs and records
• Coordinate with external contractors when specialized services are required
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Valid plumbing certification or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 5 years of professional plumbing experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
