Job Overview

The Savings Deposit Mobilization Officer will be instrumental in expanding Addosser Microfinance Bank’s deposit portfolio within the Lagos Island region. This position requires proactive engagement with potential clients, promoting our diverse savings products, and fostering strong customer relationships to achieve ambitious mobilization targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective strategies for savings deposit mobilization.
  • Identify and target potential individual and small business clients for deposit accounts.
  • Conduct outreach activities and promotional campaigns within the Lagos Island community.
  • Educate prospective customers on the benefits and features of Addosser’s savings products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new depositors.
  • Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies.
  • Meet and exceed set deposit mobilization targets.
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, preferably within the financial sector.
  • Strong understanding of savings products and microfinance banking principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Resides within or has extensive knowledge of the Lagos Island area.
  • Minimum of OND or equivalent qualification.
