Job Overview

As a Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by identifying and nurturing new business opportunities for our comprehensive suite of HR development and management consulting services. You will engage with prospective clients, understand their unique needs, and effectively present our tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect for new clients within target industries in Lagos and surrounding areas.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Understand client business challenges and propose suitable Michael Stevens Consulting solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements.
  • Meet and exceed established sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the consulting or service industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of client needs.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
