Job Overview

The Sales Representative will be instrumental in driving sales growth and expanding our client base for Starich Recycling’s waste collection and processing services. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of identifying new business opportunities and fostering lasting relationships with suppliers and customers within Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for waste material collection and recycling services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing for waste collection and material sales.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas for growth.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Ensure timely and efficient collection and delivery of materials.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within the waste management or recycling sector.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong understanding of the Nigerian market and its business landscape.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
