Job Overview

The Sales Officer will be instrumental in driving sales growth and market penetration for our FMCG product portfolio within Lagos. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and securing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Conduct market research to understand competitive landscape and identify emerging trends.
  • Effectively present and sell our FMCG products to potential clients.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.

  • Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Officer or in a similar sales role within the FMCG sector.
  • Strong understanding of the Lagos market and its consumer dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
