Job Overview

The Sales Executive will be instrumental in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base across various insurance products. This role demands a proactive and relationship-driven individual who can effectively represent Leadway Assurance and foster lasting client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Present and promote Leadway’s diverse range of insurance products.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, preferably within the financial services or insurance sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
