Job Overview

We are seeking a results-oriented Sales Executive to identify new business opportunities, engage potential clients, and drive revenue growth for ELADS Ltd. The successful candidate will be instrumental in understanding client needs and presenting our comprehensive service offerings effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales leads and potential clients across various sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales agreements.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction, engineering, or logistics sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Lagos business landscape.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
