We are seeking a skilled and experienced Rigger to join our dynamic team and support our network infrastructure expansion and maintenance operations.

Job Overview

As a Rigger at Swift Networks, you will play a crucial role in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting telecom infrastructure across our service areas. This position requires hands-on expertise in climbing, rigging equipment, and working safely at heights while managing complex network installations for residential and enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and maintain telecom cables, antennas, and network equipment on towers and poles
• Perform climbing and rigging operations in compliance with safety standards
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on infrastructure
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues affecting service delivery
• Collaborate with engineering teams on network expansion projects
• Maintain detailed documentation of all installation and maintenance activities

Requirements

• Proven experience in telecom rigging and tower operations
• Valid climbing certification and safety credentials
