The Regional Sales Manager Job – East Nigeria is an exciting opportunity for experienced sales professionals who can lead distribution and sales operations in the Eastern region. This full time onsite role is based in Anambra and is ideal for candidates with proven experience in Small Domestic Appliances (SDA) or television sales.
The hiring company is seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to oversee distributors, wholesalers, and sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and optimal stock levels across the assigned region.
About the Regional Sales Manager Job – East Nigeria
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily distribution, sales operations, and relationship management with dealers and wholesalers. You will also monitor stock levels, promote new products, and ensure that sales targets are consistently achieved. This role requires leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on engagement with the field team.
Key Responsibilities
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for:
- Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets across the Eastern region
- Distributing products from assigned branches to wholesalers and dealers within the territory
- Collecting outstanding balances from dealers and wholesalers
- Preparing and sending daily sales reports to the Sales Supervisor
- Planning daily work schedules, updating customer records, and setting sales objectives
- Monitoring distributor stock levels and taking action to maintain optimal inventory
- Promoting new products in coordination with Area Sales Manager and Sales Supervisor
- Understanding dealer and wholesaler needs and providing support to improve customer satisfaction
- Identifying multiple customer needs to enhance sales opportunities
- Performing administrative tasks including tracking client interactions, new leads, and products promoted
- Ensuring company property is properly maintained and in good condition
