Job Overview

The Regional Manager – Retail Operations will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and performance management of Betgr8’s retail betting shops nationwide. This includes ensuring operational excellence, driving sales growth, maintaining brand standards, and managing a diverse team of retail staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of all retail outlets, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Manage, train, and motivate retail staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
