Job Overview

The Regional Business Head for Nigeria will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, operational management, and P&L of Gamma Mobility’s operations within Nigeria. This pivotal role demands a visionary leader to drive market penetration, foster key partnerships, and ensure sustainable growth, solidifying Gamma Mobility’s position as a leader in the Nigerian mobility-fintech sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies aligned with Gamma Mobility’s global objectives.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to company standards.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and market expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, regulators, and the gig worker community.
  • Manage the P&L for the Nigerian region, ensuring profitability and financial targets are met.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing regional team.
  • Requirements

  • Proven track record in business leadership and P&L management, preferably within the African market.
  • Extensive experience in the mobility, fintech, or a related disruptive industry.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling operations in emerging markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
