Job Overview

The Quality Control Associate will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of FirstExcelsia’s consulting services and internal operations. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to upholding best practices in all aspects of our work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of project deliverables before submission to clients.
  • Develop and implement quality control checklists and procedures.
  • Identify and report any deviations from quality standards or project requirements.
  • Collaborate with consultants to address identified quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of internal quality documentation.
  • Conduct internal audits to assess adherence to quality management systems.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a quality control, quality assurance, or similar role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Understanding of consulting methodologies and project lifecycles is an advantage.
