Job Overview

As QA Engineer, you’ll be responsible for testing our SaaS platform across multiple environments and use cases. You’ll work collaboratively with development and product teams to identify bugs, validate features, and maintain high quality standards throughout the software lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Perform manual and automated testing across web and API functionality
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
• Conduct regression testing for new releases and updates
• Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and validate fixes

Requirements

• 3+ years of QA testing experience in SaaS environments
• Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
