Job Overview

This role involves conceptualizing and executing original illustrations and artwork for a variety of Putumayo’s digital media projects, including album art, marketing materials, website graphics, and social media content. You will collaborate with our creative team to translate musical themes and cultural narratives into compelling visual narratives.

Key Responsibilities

• Create original illustrations and paintings in diverse styles to meet project briefs.
• Develop visual concepts and storyboards for proposed artwork.
• Ensure artwork aligns with Putumayo’s brand identity and aesthetic.
• Collaborate with art directors and marketing teams on creative direction.
• Prepare final artwork files for digital and print production.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Illustrator or Painter with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Proficiency in digital art software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Procreate) and traditional painting techniques.
• Excellent understanding of composition, color theory, and visual storytelling.
