Job Overview

The Accountant will be instrumental in managing and overseeing all financial operations at Alphabait Realty Limited. This role requires a meticulous approach to financial record-keeping, reporting, and compliance, ensuring the accurate and efficient management of company finances to support our ambitious growth and development objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and analyses for management review.
• Manage payroll processing and related statutory remittances.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and accounting standards.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
• Support internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Professional accounting certification (e.g., ICAN, ACCA) is an advantage.
• Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
