Job Overview

This position involves providing comprehensive security services at designated COOPI bases in Ethiopia. Security Guards will be responsible for protecting personnel, monitoring facility access, and ensuring the safety of organizational assets. This role is critical to COOPI’s operational continuity in challenging environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to COOPI facilities 24/7
• Conduct regular patrols and surveillance of premises
• Maintain detailed security logs and incident reports
• Respond promptly to security threats or emergencies
• Coordinate with local authorities as needed
• Protect organizational assets and confidential information

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years professional security experience
• Valid security certification or license
• Physical fitness and ability to work extended hours
• Fluency in English and Amharic
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
