Job Overview
The Project Planner will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and monitoring project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project completion in alignment with Huko Advisory Services’ strategic objectives and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules using appropriate planning tools.
- Identify and track project dependencies, milestones, and critical path activities.
- Monitor project progress against the plan, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to gather information and ensure alignment.
- Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for management and clients.
- Facilitate project review meetings and ensure adherence to project management best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in project planning and scheduling.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of human capital development principles is an added advantage.
