Job Overview

The Project Account Officer will be instrumental in managing and monitoring financial aspects of various projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient resource allocation. This role requires a proactive approach to financial administration and a commitment to supporting project success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project-related accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and budgets for assigned projects.
  • Monitor project expenditure against budget, identifying and reporting variances.
  • Liaise with project managers and relevant stakeholders on financial matters.
  • Ensure adherence to internal financial policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project accounting or financial administration.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
