Job Overview
The Entry-Level Procurement Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the procurement functions of LABORIA Limited. This position offers hands-on experience in various aspects of the supply chain, working closely with senior procurement staff to ensure the efficient and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services essential for our IVD operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and identifying potential suppliers for laboratory equipment, reagents, and consumables.
- Support the preparation and distribution of Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and Requests for Proposal (RFPs).
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and supplier agreements.
- Conduct preliminary market research on pricing and product availability.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs.
- Track the status of orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- Assist in the evaluation of supplier performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
