Job Overview

As a Principal Product Manager, AI Creation & Growth, you will be instrumental in developing and launching AI capabilities that transform how users create, manage, and scale their work on Smartsheet. You will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven innovation, collaborating closely with engineering, design, research, marketing, and sales teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and articulate the product vision and strategy for AI Creation & Growth at Smartsheet.
• Develop and prioritize the product roadmap, translating market needs and customer insights into actionable plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify opportunities and unmet needs.
• Champion AI best practices, ethical considerations, and user-centric design in product development.
• Drive product growth by identifying and implementing strategies to increase AI feature adoption and engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of product management experience, with a significant focus on AI, machine learning, or data-driven products.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling complex SaaS products.
• Deep understanding of AI concepts, use cases, and emerging trends.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
