Job Overview

The Platform Support Engineer (PSH APP) will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of our Metering Platform applications. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong technical aptitude to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and support the platform’s infrastructure and users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for the PSH APP platform.
  • Monitor platform performance and identify potential issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve software and hardware related incidents.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams on issue resolution and system enhancements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and system configurations.
  • Assist with platform upgrades, deployments, and maintenance tasks.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical support or a similar IT role.
  • Familiarity with metering technologies and platforms is a distinct advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
