Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritise the Founder’s calendar across business and personal commitments
  • Act as the primary gatekeeper by filtering emails, messages, and meeting requests
  • Draft professional communications for partners, clients, and stakeholders
  • Coordinate weekly meetings across projects including construction, marketing, and events
  • Handle local and international travel arrangements with detailed planning
  • Organise events, meetings, and public engagements with a high level of professionalism
  • Support marketing and media activities including product launches and campaigns
  • Proactively solve problems and remove operational bottlenecks
