Key Responsibilities
Email and Brand Management
- Manage and respond to brand collaboration emails
- Review campaign briefs and confirm requirements
- Handle rate cards, invoices, contracts, and follow ups
- Track brand partnerships and communication records
- Represent the CEO in selected brand meetings, business meetings, or interviews
Research and Strategy
- Conduct market and business research for the CEO
- Identify viral content ideas and current trends
- Assist with content scripting and concept planning
- Research suitable locations for shoots and brand projects
Content Production Support
- Assist during video shoots and content filming
- Coordinate content production logistics
- Support social media campaigns and creative projects
Organization and Operations
- Manage schedules, deadlines, reminders, and appointments
- Assist with campaign planning, launches, and projects
- Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time
- Handle calendars, bookings, and event planning
- Support with general tasks when required
Requirements
