Job Overview

The Order Fulfilment & Media Curator will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient processing of client service requests and maintaining our digital media presence. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and a creative flair for content management. You will be instrumental in connecting clients with our skilled caregivers and ensuring our brand message resonates through our online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage incoming client service orders accurately and promptly.
  • Coordinate with the caregiving team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain and update client records and order statuses.
  • Source, organize, and publish engaging content across company social media channels and website.
  • Monitor social media trends and engagement metrics.
  • Assist in developing marketing materials and communications.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience in order processing, administration, or a similar role.
