Job Overview

The Operations Officer plays a critical role in maintaining the efficiency of our branch and back-office operations. This position requires a professional who can manage administrative tasks, support customer service delivery, and ensure compliance with banking regulations while maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily branch operations and coordinate between departments
• Process and verify banking transactions with accuracy
• Maintain proper documentation and filing systems
• Support customer onboarding and account management
• Ensure compliance with operational and regulatory standards
• Monitor branch inventory and report discrepancies
• Assist in training and supervising junior staff members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in banking operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements
