Job Overview
Roxbury Leisure Homes is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our construction and development operations in Nigeria. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of our affordable housing projects, adhering to quality standards and budgetary constraints, and supporting our ambitious growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality benchmarks.
- Oversee procurement, logistics, and resource allocation for all construction sites.
- Implement and monitor operational processes to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Contribute to the development and execution of operational strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations management within the real estate or construction industry, preferably in Nigeria.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, project management, and supply chain management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
