Job Overview

The Operations – Inventory Control Analyst I will be instrumental in maintaining accurate and efficient inventory records, ensuring optimal stock levels, and supporting operational efficiency within ABNL’s supply chain. This role is crucial for minimizing stock discrepancies and contributing to cost-effective inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and reconcile inventory levels against system records.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Assist in the preparation of inventory reports and analyses.
  • Support the implementation and adherence to inventory control procedures.
  • Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely stock replenishment.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in inventory management or a related role is advantageous.
