Job Overview

The Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling May & Baker’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals within an assigned territory. This role is critical in building strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other medical stakeholders, ensuring our innovative solutions reach those who need them most.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and decision-makers.
  • Educate healthcare providers on the benefits and appropriate use of May & Baker’s product portfolio.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market intelligence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related medical sales role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Nigerian healthcare market and pharmaceutical regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong drive for results.
