We are seeking a motivated Market Sales Representative to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success.

Job Overview

The Market Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales and expanding market share for P&G products within a designated territory. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of sales principles and a passion for building customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with retail partners and key stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned market.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Ensure optimal product availability and visibility at retail points.
• Provide market feedback to management to inform business decisions.
• Manage sales documentation and reporting accurately.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
