## Job Overview

Lopterra Services Limited is embarking on an exciting expansion and is actively recruiting to fill ten diverse positions within our organization. These opportunities span critical areas such as program management, sales, and finance, offering a fantastic chance for both seasoned professionals and ambitious entry-level candidates to make a significant impact. ## Key Responsibilities

* **Senior Program Officer, Governance and Leadership:** Design, implement, and manage programs focused on strengthening governance structures and leadership capacity within target communities and organizations.
* **Program Associate (Enterprise & Vocational Skills):** Support the development and execution of programs aimed at enhancing enterprise development and vocational skills training for beneficiaries.
* **Solar Sales Officer:** Proactively identify and engage potential clients for solar energy solutions, build strong relationships, and close sales deals.
* **Sales Account Director:** Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals, manage key client accounts, and drive revenue growth.
* **Sales Officer:** Responsible for the direct sales of Lopterra’s services and products, achieving individual and team sales targets.
* **Sales Manager:** Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, set sales objectives, and monitor performance to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
* **Senior Program Officer, Governance and Leadership:** (This role is reiterated for emphasis, indicating a potential need for multiple individuals in this critical area.) Focus on strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring the effective delivery of governance and leadership initiatives.
* **Entry Level Accountant:** Provide crucial support to the finance department, assisting with bookkeeping, reconciliations, financial reporting, and other accounting tasks.

## Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Public Administration, International Development, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Accounting) for relevant positions.
* Proven experience in program management, sales, or accounting, depending on the specific role (entry-level candidates with relevant internships or academic achievements will be considered for applicable positions).
* Strong understanding of the Nigerian business landscape and socio-economic context.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships.
* Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, accounting software for the accountant role, CRM systems for sales roles).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
