Job Overview

This role is instrumental in providing expert travel management services to our marine clients across Europe. You will leverage your industry knowledge and exceptional customer service skills to ensure seamless and efficient travel arrangements, contributing directly to the operational success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate complex international travel itineraries for marine personnel.
  • Provide tailored travel solutions, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
  • Offer expert advice on visa requirements, travel policies, and destination-specific information.
  • Proactively identify and resolve any travel-related issues or disruptions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Utilize GDS and other booking platforms proficiently.

    • Requirements

  • Proven experience as a travel consultant, with a focus on corporate or marine travel.
  • In-depth knowledge of European destinations and travel regulations.
  • Proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
