Incel Group, a premier Destination Management Company headquartered in Dubai with operations across Sub-Saharan Africa, is seeking a skilled Legal Practitioner to join our Lagos, Nigeria office. As we continue expanding our tourism and travel services across the region, we require an experienced legal professional to safeguard our interests and ensure regulatory compliance.

Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Legal Counsel to provide comprehensive legal support to our organization. You will serve as a key advisor on all legal matters, ensuring Incel Group maintains the highest standards of compliance within Nigeria’s regulatory framework while supporting our tourism and MICE operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on contracts, agreements, and business transactions
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian laws and tourism industry regulations
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and corporate agreements
• Handle dispute resolution and litigation matters
• Advise on visa, immigration, and travel-related legal requirements
• Maintain legal documentation and corporate records

Requirements

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree and valid Nigerian Bar Admission
• Minimum 3-5 years of legal practice experience
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian commercial and corporate law
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software
