We are seeking a highly skilled Aviation Dispatcher III to join our dynamic team in Nigeria.
Job Overview
The Aviation Dispatcher III will be responsible for the efficient and safe scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of all flight operations, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations and company policies. This role is critical in maintaining operational readiness and supporting the logistical needs of NNEC’s aviation activities.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule aircraft movements, ensuring optimal utilization and adherence to flight plans.
Monitor flight progress, weather conditions, and potential disruptions, implementing necessary adjustments.
Liaise with flight crews, maintenance personnel, and relevant authorities to ensure seamless operations.
Maintain accurate flight logs, records, and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
Manage operational communications, relaying critical information to all stakeholders.
Assist in emergency response planning and execution as required.
Requirements
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in aviation dispatch or flight operations coordination.
In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations (e.g., ICAO, NCAA).
Proficiency in flight planning software and communication systems.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a demanding operational environment.
