Job Overview
The Junior Production Engineer will support the production team in optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, and contributing to the efficient operation of our agro-input production facilities in Nigeria. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and growing agricultural science company.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring and controlling production processes to meet quality and efficiency targets.
- Participate in troubleshooting production issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Support in the implementation of new production techniques and technologies.
- Conduct routine checks and maintenance of production equipment.
- Contribute to the development and adherence to safety protocols in the production environment.
- Maintain accurate production records and assist in data analysis for process improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
