Job Overview

As the inaugural sales representative, you will be instrumental in defining and executing Jersey Watch’s sales strategy, driving market penetration, and cultivating lasting customer relationships. This role demands a proactive approach, strategic thinking, and a passion for exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • Identify and engage prospective clients through proactive outreach and lead generation.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and articulate the value proposition of Jersey Watch’s software.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to refine sales processes and market positioning.
  • Provide valuable market feedback to inform product development and marketing initiatives.

    • Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads, manage a sales pipeline, and close deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
