Job Overview

The IT Support Specialist will provide comprehensive technical support to ensure seamless operations across our organization. This role is critical in maintaining system reliability, resolving user issues, and implementing IT solutions that support our construction projects and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level technical support to employees across all offices
• Maintain and troubleshoot computer systems, networks, and peripherals
• Install and configure software applications and security updates
• Manage user accounts and access permissions
• Monitor system performance and identify potential issues
• Document technical issues and solutions for knowledge management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 2+ years of IT support experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows and network systems
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• CompTIA A+ certification preferred
