Aluko & Oyebode, a leading full-service law firm in Nigeria, is seeking a dedicated IT Service Delivery Specialist to join our dynamic team. With a commitment to excellence and a robust practice encompassing diverse legal areas, we provide world-class services to a broad spectrum of local and international clients. This role is crucial in ensuring our technology infrastructure seamlessly supports over 70 lawyers and up to 150 staff across our Lagos, Abuja, and Port-Harcourt offices, maintaining the high standards our clients expect.

Job Overview

The IT Service Delivery Specialist will be instrumental in managing and optimizing the delivery of IT services to Aluko & Oyebode. This role involves ensuring the availability, performance, and reliability of our IT systems, supporting end-users, and contributing to the continuous improvement of IT service management processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage IT service levels to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to all staff, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Implement and maintain IT service management best practices and frameworks.
  • Manage IT-related incidents, problems, and changes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Contribute to the development and documentation of IT policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve complex IT issues.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT service delivery or a similar IT support role.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL or other service management frameworks.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in relevant operating systems, applications, and network technologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
