Job Overview

The Inventory/Store Officer will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory management within our warehouses and retail outlets. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy of stock levels, efficient storage, and smooth flow of goods, contributing directly to the operational efficiency of Multipro Consumer Products Limited.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and physical stock takes.
• Receive, inspect, and document incoming goods, ensuring adherence to quality and quantity standards.
• Organize and manage stock within the warehouse, optimizing space utilization and accessibility.
• Process stock movements, including transfers, dispatches, and returns, ensuring all documentation is complete.
• Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or shortfalls in inventory to management.
• Implement and adhere to established inventory control procedures and best practices.
• Monitor stock expiry dates and manage stock rotation to minimize waste.

Requirements

• Proven experience in inventory management or a similar role.
• Proficiency in using inventory management software or relevant systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum of a National Diploma (ND) or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
