Job Overview

The Inventory Control Analyst I will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of inventory management processes within ABNL Limited’s Operations. This role is crucial for maintaining optimal stock levels, minimizing waste, and supporting the seamless execution of our project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor inventory levels and perform regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control policies and procedures.
  • Track and report on inventory movements, including receipts, issues, and adjustments.
  • Support the procurement team by providing insights into stock requirements and reorder points.
  • Maintain accurate inventory data in the company’s ERP system.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance inventory accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or a related operations role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software or ERP systems is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
