Job Overview

The Human Resources Officer will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR function at Pruvia Integrated Limited, ensuring efficient and effective human capital management aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. This role requires a proactive individual capable of managing day-to-day HR operations while contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Manage employee records and maintain HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits, payroll, and leave management.
  • Facilitate employee relations initiatives and address HR-related queries.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in organizing training and development programs for staff.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR support role.
  • Strong understanding of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems.
