Key Responsibilities of the Human Resource Manager
Recruitment and Staffing
- Manage the full recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and maintain an effective workforce
- Ensure timely hiring and smooth onboarding of new hires
HR Policies and Compliance
- Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies in line with company standards and labor regulations
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and personnel files
Employee Relations and Performance Management
- Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution

Payroll, Benefits, and Staff Development
- Administer payroll processes, employee benefits, and statutory obligations

Requirements for the Human Resource Manager Job in Lagos
