Job Overview

The Hotel Security Personnel will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment for all individuals within Teestone Hotels & Apartments. This role requires a proactive approach to security, excellent observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively to various situations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular patrols of hotel premises, including guest floors, common areas, and exterior perimeters.
  • Monitor surveillance systems and identify any suspicious activities or security breaches.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to alarms, incidents, and guest requests for assistance.
  • Enforce hotel policies and regulations to ensure a safe and orderly environment.
  • Assist with access control and screening at designated points.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed incident reports.

  • Proven experience in security or a related field.
  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency procedures is an advantage.
