Job Overview

The Front Desk Officer/Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients at ShoMya Beauty Studio. This role is responsible for managing the reception area, greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the studio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and professionally upon arrival.
  • Manage appointment bookings and cancellations efficiently.
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Provide information about services and pricing.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
  • Requirements

  • Minimum of an OND/HND qualification in any related field.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience as a Front Desk Officer or Receptionist.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications.
  • Must reside in or be very close to Lekki or its environs.
