Job Overview

This role is critical to supporting Action Against Hunger’s mission in Nigeria. We are looking for motivated professionals to contribute to our diverse programs, from emergency response to long-term development initiatives. Successful candidates will join a dynamic team working at the forefront of humanitarian aid.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage project activities according to established work plans and budgets.
  • Provide technical support and capacity building to beneficiaries and local partners.
  • Monitor project progress, collect data, and contribute to regular reporting.
  • Ensure adherence to Action Against Hunger’s policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to achieve program objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Public Health, Development Studies, Agriculture, Social Sciences) or equivalent professional experience.
  • Previous experience in humanitarian or development work, preferably in Nigeria.
  • Strong understanding of project cycle management and monitoring & evaluation principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
