Job Overview

The Formulation Chemist will be responsible for developing, testing, and optimizing chemical formulations for various products. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure quality standards, regulatory compliance, and product efficacy while supporting our clients’ diverse needs across Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine chemical formulations for assigned products
• Conduct laboratory testing and analysis of formulated products
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols
• Document and maintain detailed records of all formulation processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product improvement initiatives
• Troubleshoot formulation issues and implement corrective measures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of formulation chemistry experience
• Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment and analytical techniques
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Nigerian work authorization
